Gratitude and Abundance Chant

TED

The Practice

  1. Settle & Breathe
Soften your jaw, shoulders, and belly. Let the breath arrive naturally.
  2. Name Your Abundance
Gently name your three abundances (qualities, relationships, resources, support). Hold them lightly in awareness.
  3. Chant
    Begin a soft, steady chant:
    Aum Shreem Maha Lakshmiye Namaha.
Let the sound be easy—aloud or silently. Feel it resonate through the body and field around you.
  4. Carry It Forward
As you move through your day—driving, working, or engaging with others—return to the mantra when the mind tightens. Allow Aum Shreem Maha Lakshmiye Namaha to rise within you, reminding you of what is good, what is right, and what is yours by birthright.

Reflection

  • How do I feel now—energetically, emotionally, mentally?
  • Which of my three abundances feels most alive?
  • What simple action can I take today to honor that abundance?

Closing

All that is good. All that is right. All that is my birthright.
