A Little Fear is a Good Thing

A Little Fear is helpful. It keeps our senses alive and attuned to our environment. But, when fear runs amok it can paralyze our actions and cause doubts to rise up and rule us. But, there is a way to ease the hold that Fear has on us. Let's learn about that this week.

Our Practices for this Session

Fearless Warrior

Stand tall. Breathe deep. Step into your power. This will awaken the drumbeat of courage in your belly — the rhythm that says “I am here.” Each movement cuts through hesitation, turning fear into flow, and doubt into grounded grace. Move like the hero in your own song.

Fearless Squats

Root down to rise up. This is a playful movement. As the legs burn and the heart pounds, notice fear transforming into laughter, strength, and pulse. We can use our breath to trigger in us the state of expanding potential!

Fearless Movement

Slow down. Feel the music beneath the noise. This gentle, wave-like motion teaches without resistance. Each turn and sway rewires fear into rhythm — the body becoming an instrument of calm power. Float with it. Flow with it. Fear dissolves in the dance.
