Non-harm in thought, word, and deed — starting with yourself and radiating outward.
In yogic tradition, *Ahimsa* is more than “do no harm.” It is the cultivation of reverence for all life, rooted in the recognition that we are not separate. In the Tantric view, harm begins in the mind — in the stories of separation — and is dissolved by the expansion of awareness and compassion. Ahimsa asks for gentleness in thought, speech, and action, beginning with the way we hold ourselves.
